Hello! We are Clint Dennison and Pam Wilkerson, and we live in Collbran, Colorado. Clint is the owner of and veterinarian at Plateau Valley Animal Hospital. Pam retired in 2025 after teaching at Plateau Valley School for 29 years. She now manages, maintains, and cleans our vacation rentals as her retirement project. Together, we have six children and three grandchildren. Clint grew up in Collbran, and Pam has lived here for about 30 years.

Technically, Clint owns Grandma’s House and BaseCamp through his company, Resolute Property Investments. Pam owns The Silo, Stagecoach Cabin, and Sheep Camp through Collbran Vacation Rentals. However, since Pam manages all of the properties, we group them together to keep things simple for our guests. But, if you see some distinction between the properties (or payment process) or see the Resolute name, that is why.  

Our first vacation rental was BaseCamp, which we remodeled from a multipurpose building on Clint’s property in Collbran. The second, The Silo, came during COVID when one of our children needed to move home from college and we didn’t have an available bedroom. Because the unique off-grid nature of The Silo was so popular with guests, we added the Stagecoach Cabin and Sheep Camp as time and inspiration allowed. We also built the Sunroom a few years ago for our off-grid guests to access Wi-Fi and enjoy cold drinks and snacks. Clint’s parents lived in the main house in Collbran, next to BaseCamp, and when both of them passed away, we chose to turn Grandma’s House into a vacation rental as well; it is currently under construction.

We love the unique, cozy, rustic nature of our rentals because these are exactly the kinds of places we enjoy staying when we travel. We truly believe the place you stay should be part of the experience, not just the bed you sleep in—and because we constantly seek meaningful experiences in our own travels, we work hard to offer that same experience to our guests.

When we’re not working, we enjoy traveling, camping, snowmobiling, hiking, riding e-bikes, and visiting our kids and grandkids.
